Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GhostMoney(the "Platform"), including its subdomains (ghostmoney.xyz, buy.ghostmoney.xyz, p2p.ghostmoney.xyz, and associated services), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Nature of the Platform

GhostMoney is a non-custodial technology platform that facilitates:

• Purchase of the GHOST SPL token via presale and decentralized exchanges
• Multi-chain cryptocurrency swaps via third-party aggregators (Jupiter, Rango)
• Peer-to-peer (P2P) crypto-to-fiat matchmaking between users

We do not custody, hold, or control your funds at any time. All transactions occur on public blockchains (Solana, Ethereum, etc.) between your wallet and counterparties or smart contracts. GhostMoney provides software and infrastructure only.

3. Eligibility

You may use the Platform only if you:

• Are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Are not a resident of, or located in, any jurisdiction where the use of cryptocurrencies, decentralized exchanges, or peer-to-peer trading is prohibited or restricted by law
• Are not on any sanctions list (OFAC, UN, EU, UK) and not a national of a Specially Designated Nationals country
• Are not using the Platform on behalf of any sanctioned person or entity

We reserve the right to block access from any jurisdiction or wallet at our sole discretion.

4. No Financial Advice

NOTHING ON THIS PLATFORM CONSTITUTES FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, LEGAL, OR TAX ADVICE. All content is provided for informational purposes only. Cryptocurrencies are highly volatile and speculative. You may lose your entire investment. You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any decisions. GhostMoney is not a registered broker, dealer, or investment advisor in any jurisdiction.

5. The GHOST Token

The GHOST token is a utility token issued on the Solana blockchain. It:

• Has no claim on the assets, equity, or profits of any entity
• Is not a security under our analysis; however, regulatory classification varies by jurisdiction
• Has no guaranteed market price, demand, or future value
• May lose all value
• Is sold "as-is" with no warranties of any kind

You acknowledge that you are purchasing GHOST for its utility within the GhostMoney ecosystem (fee discounts, governance, future features), not as an investment expecting profits from the efforts of others.

6. P2P Trading Risks

The P2P marketplace connects users for direct trades. You trade at your own risk:

• GhostMoney does not verify the identity of counterparties below the "Verified" tier
• Fiat payments occur outside the Platform (via SPEI, OXXO, bank transfer, etc.)
• Payment proofs uploaded by users are not authenticated by us
• Smart-contract escrow mitigates but does not eliminate counterparty risk
• Chargebacks, bank reversals, or fraudulent payment screenshots may occur
• Tax obligations on P2P trades are your sole responsibility

7. Fees

GhostMoney charges fees for certain services:

• P2P trades: up to 1.5% of trade volume (split between maker and taker)
• Multi-chain swaps: 0.5% above market price (configured via Rango affiliate)
• Presale purchases: no platform fee; price fixed at $0.001 USDT
• On-chain gas fees: paid by you to the underlying blockchain (not GhostMoney)

Fees may change with 7 days notice via Platform announcement.

8. Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

You agree NOT to use the Platform for:

• Money laundering, terrorism financing, or any illegal activity
• Evading sanctions or tax obligations
• Trading proceeds from criminal activity
• Market manipulation or fraud

We reserve the right to:

• Request KYC documentation at any time for any user
• Block or freeze any account engaging in suspicious activity
• Report suspicious activity to relevant authorities
• Cooperate with law enforcement requests

9. Smart Contract Risks

Smart contracts may contain bugs, vulnerabilities, or undergo exploits. Despite security measures (code audits, formal verification), no smart contract is 100% safe. By using the Platform you accept this risk and acknowledge that lost funds due to smart contract failures are not recoverable by GhostMoney.

10. Disputes and Arbitration

In P2P trades, our admin team may act as arbiter to resolve disputes. Decisions are based on uploaded evidence (payment proofs, chat messages, on-chain data) and are final.

For disputes between you and GhostMoney itself, these Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where GhostMoney is incorporated. You agree to resolve disputes via binding arbitration, waiving any right to class actions or jury trials.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GhostMoney, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall NOT be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (i) your use or inability to use the Platform; (ii) any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iii) statements or conduct of any third party on the Platform; (iv) loss of cryptocurrency due to user error, phishing, or wallet compromise; or (v) any other matter relating to the Platform.

12. No Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted service.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

14. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via the Platform with at least 7 days notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where GhostMoney is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
